Within this 3 night, four day retreat we will delve into somatic awareness, remembering how to listen to ourselves and trust our bodies. We will dance, and discuss, drink tea and tell tales. Morning circles with yoga and check-ins will open the days, followed by engaging workshops led by Annie and Jenna, as well as guest teachers whose specialized skills will guide us to go deep, reflect, and connect.

Each month everyone in the group makes a piece of art that they mail to someone else in the group, it can be anything! As long as you can mail it, it counts!
